Terms of use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply when you use nuke119.com and the NUKE-119 game in your browser. By using the site or the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. The service
NUKE-119 is a first-person browser game in open test. There are no accounts. The game and the site may change, become unavailable, or lose saved settings at any time. Items on the roadmap are plans, not promises.
2. Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or disrupt the site, the game, or the feedback and subscription forms. Do not send automated requests in bulk, and do not use the site to send spam or unlawful content.
3. Feedback
If you send feedback through the game menu or by email, you allow us to read it and to use its content to improve the game. Do not include threats, illegal content, or personal details of other people. Replies and feedback are handled as described in the Privacy policy.
4. Email updates
If you subscribe to email updates, you can stop at any time through the unsubscribe link in each message. The subscription is not meant for children under 16.
5. Donations
Donations through Ko-fi are voluntary. They do not give you ownership, a licence, or any promised feature. Payments are handled by Ko-fi under its own terms.
6. Rights and third-party material
The game, its code, art and text belong to the author (nuke-moon) unless stated otherwise. The terrain and ground images are built from NASA Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter data, which is credited on the site. If you add your own music in the game settings, you are responsible for having the right to play it. You may share links to the site and short screenshots with credit. Copying or redistributing the game without permission is not allowed.
7. Links and other services
The site links to and embeds services such as Ko-fi, YouTube, X, and Cloudflare. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Content and violence
The game shows violence, blood, injuries and nuclear imagery. If that is not for you, please do not play it.
9. No warranty
The game and the site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Because the game is in open test, bugs and changes are expected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, settings or progress, arising from use of the game or the site. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Not affiliated
NUKE-119 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NASA or the US Air Force. Project A119 is a historical plan of 1958, referred to in the game for its story.
12. Changes and termination
We may change these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may stop access to the site or the game for anyone who breaks these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator resides.
14. Contact
