NUKE-119 has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and the site itself sets no cookies. Some services we embed (see section 5) may set their own cookies under their own policies. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send: an email address for updates, or a feedback message. We never sell it or share it for marketing.
The game keeps its settings (graphics quality, sound, controls) in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
If you enter your email to get updates, we store the address, the date you subscribed and your country (from the network, not from your address). It is kept in our own database on Cloudflare. We check that the address's domain accepts mail; we do not store your IP address with it.
We use the address only to send news about NUKE-119, and never sell it or share it for marketing. If we later move the list to a newsletter service, you will get a confirmation email from it first and can decline. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
If you send feedback from the game menu, we store your message, the reply email if you give one, your country, browser name and version, and screen size. We use it only to answer you and fix the game.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Spam check. When you open a feedback form, it loads Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible check that tells people from bots. Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details for this check. See the Turnstile privacy addendum.
Donations. Donations go through Ko-fi, which handles the payment and applies its own privacy policy. We do not receive your card details.
Links. Links to YouTube and X open those services, which apply their own privacy policies.
Your music. Only if you add your own music in the game settings: a YouTube link is played by the YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com), so Google receives your IP address and browser details and applies its own privacy policy. A direct link to an audio file may be streamed through our server so the game can add echo to it; we do not store or log the link or the file. A file from your computer stays on your device. The link you paste is saved only in your browser's local storage.
The email subscription is not meant for children under 16. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we will delete the address.
If this policy changes, the date above changes too. Questions: [email protected] or nuke-moon on X.
